SUPPORT SPECIALIST II - BEHAVIOR AND SUPERVISION

Ø Promote EFC’s 6 P’s

Ø Work with site administrators to provide supervision and behavior support for students

Ø Help maintain student referral documentation

Ø Assist with the development, implementation and monitoring of student behavior plans

Ø Work with site administrators to support student recognition activities

Ø Work with BOM to support afterschool intervention program

Ø Help maintain communication with parents about behavior issues, including participation in SST’s as appropriate

Ø Support management of student detention

Ø Serve as a behavior model
