HR AND OPERATIONAL MANAGER
Ø Maintain well organized and accurate personnel records; including credential status and requirements
Ø Maintain an organized and inviting office environment
Ø Ensure for the timely and accurate input of information for payroll maintenance and payroll submission
Ø Be proactive in problem solving areas where improvements can be made to increase effectiveness and efficiency in company operations
Ø Work strategically with the Home Office staff to ensure service oriented support for school sites
Ø Ensure that HR compliance and hiring issues are implemented effectively and efficiently
Ø Maintain well organized benefits information and submit information in a timely manner, eg. STRS, CalPers,etc
Ø Work strategically with Finance and Operations to maximize the quality of support to ensure student academic success
