Chief Operations Officer

Ø Manage all operational matters and is accountable for the overall success of business operations

Ø Strategically plan the allocation of financial and human resources

Ø Supervise and coach the department managers

Ø Formulate policies and procedures to ensure sound business operations

Ø Assist the CEO and the Board of Directors in strategic planning

Ø Set goals for management and refines the mechanisms for communication between all departments

Ø Develop annual goals and objectives based on organizational principles

Ø Support and strategically plan with the leadership team and key managers to insure that all major activities are aligned with the EFC mission
