COACH COORDINATOR

Ø Work Strategically with the CAO and CEO to ensure we are effectively and consistently supporting administrators and teachers to maximize the quality of instruction and therefore student academic outcomes

Ø Work Strategically with the CAO and CEO to design, develop, and present high quality professional development for teachers, Instructional Leadership Team members, and administrators throughout the school-year and in the summer.

Ø Provide on-going observational feedback, training and coaching support to Reading Coaches to ensure high quality coaching for all instructional staff

Ø Provide professional development for Reading Coaches during the bi-monthly Reading Coach meetings

Ø Assist in the data analysis of the English Language Arts data

Ø Provide Administrators with instructional coaching support
