COACH

Ø Work Strategically with EFC’s Instructional Leadership Team to help ensure that EFC’s instructional program is delivered consistently and effectively.

Ø Provide high quality coaching including verbal feedback and support in strategic cognitive planning to all assigned teachers to maximize their instructional capacity.

Ø Consistently coach all teachers to help them maintain a positive, organized and productive learning environment that enables them to maintain the highest standards and expectations in all student interactions.

Ø Work Strategically with the use of the data both formal and informal to coach teachers on strategies for differentiation to ensure homogenous outcomes for all students.

Ø Actively engage and collaborate with teachers encouraging on-going, open and consistent dialogue and self reflection.

Ø Be exceptionally prepared and organized to engage in on-going discussions around Professional Development that strategically targets and differentiates the diverse needs of assigned EFC teachers.

Ø Focus on continuous self development to ensure every effort is made to model, demonstrate, promote and support the highest leverage instructional practice for ALL EFC students.
