Ø Consistently deliver EFC’s instructional program with a high level of student engagement

Ø Consistently implement the teacher’s plans for the day

Ø Engage in on-going collaborative work with colleagues to strengthen EFC’s ability to deliver  high level homogenous outcomes for all students

Ø Be self reflective and always strive to get better at the craft of teaching

Ø Consistently hold all students to high standards of work and behavior

Ø Provide intervention for students after school that will increase student achievement
