Business Operations Manager

 

Ø Maintain well organized and accurate paper and excel records for Intervention program, food service and facilities including attendance records, time sheets, permission slips, etc.

Ø Complete any reports in an accurate and timely manner.

Ø Maintain regular on-going structured contact with principals to ensure that programs run smoothly and that everyone is informed of all food service, facilities and intervention issues/changes.

Ø Provide adequate guidance and support for designated staff.

Ø Maintain an organized inviting office environment.

Ø Ensure that all Intervention, Janitorial and Food Service supplies are adequately stocked and inventoried to be always available.

Ø Be proactive in problem solving areas where improvements can be made to increase effectiveness and efficiency in school.

Ø Ensure there is a high degree of service oriented support for all school staff members.

Ø Always be prepared to step out of daily routine to ensure that the school runs efficiently (in emergencies or circumstances dictate)

Ø Ensure summer cleaning is strategically planned and carried out

Ø Help ensure that school environment is always clean and well-organized
